Teeny Tiny Tuesday: Hello Kitty Mince

I haven't shared any of my Hello Kitty Re-Ment for a while and I've had this set for a while, so I thought it about time! This is set number one from the series I Love Cooking. I snapped up a few blind boxes when Artbox had them in stock a while ago because of the extreme cuteness factor.

The peas for eyes and a nose on the patty just kill me. I might have to have a go at making these for myself sometime! I doubt I'd be able to eat them though. There would be lots of giggling! 

Hello Kitty is all over this set, as you might well imagine but she is even featured on the bottom of the pan! 

I'm not really sure what this item is though. I assumed it was a bread bin but I don't think that makes sense in the context of the set. Maybe it's really obvious and I'm just doofing out. If someone does know please leave a comment! Maybe it is a bread bin?!

I also wanted to add a close up of this lovely bowl. The mince is removable as is the egg from the mince. I know some people don't like the spooky floating handles and, erm, hovering eggs but they are great if you collect dolls as well as Re-Ment. You can create pictures that are so much more realistic with these handy pieces.

Teeny Tiny Tuesday: Hello Kitty Rice Cooker

This is probably the best set I've ever found in a blind box although I was actually hankering after the microwave thingy at the time! I really wish I could scale this up to human size and have it sitting on my Kitchen work top all day every day for the rest of my life. There is not one piece in this set that brings the others down or feels like it was just thrown in for no reason... although I don't know what is supposed to be in the Hello Kitty tub. The lid doesn't come off but it looks cute so what the hey, amiright? The rice cooker on the other hand has the look of being functional and clicks open and shut pretty satisfyingly. the rice mould also fits the plain rice Hello Kitty shape but has a stamp on the back which kind of ruins the effect. It looks better on the very cute plate instead - sorry I didn't take a pic of it on its own!

Teeny Tiny Tuesday: Hello Kitty Stationery

It's a teeny tiny Teeny Tiny Tuesday today. I would love to build up a mini collection of Re-Ment stationery and this Hello Kitty series is the perfect place to start! If I had more money to spend on hobbies at the moment I would snap this whole set up in a heartbeat.

I have the box file and paper clip set which I got in a blind box and Parkin showed off during Parkin week and recently I got my grabby little hands on the sellotape and glue set. It is completely charming and the print quality on the pieces is fantastic. The sellotape has a cute Hello Kitty design and slots into the holder so it can spin around. It has a really authentic transparent look. The glue is equally cute and even has a bubble inside that just makes it seem so much more realistic.

I can't wait to set up a diorama with my new stationery!

Hello Swanky

I know the Ribbonetta Wish stock is not considered all that and a Jammie Dodger but I have always loved it. This is especially true when Sukie is wearing it. She has been wearing this outfit for around a year I would say, no joke!

The shoes have stained her feet in this time which is a bit of a shame. Very Vicky's shoes are the same mould but feel much sturdier and don't have the tacky finish that RiWi's do, which always makes me feel like they might melt.

Anyhow, I hope you all had a great weekend and maybe got to go to a party or two. I was lucky enough to get to see Wicked with my sister which was hands down the best musical I have ever seen!

Better Late Than Never

It's time for the Teeny Tiny Tuesday: Better Late Than Never Edition! So I didn't make it on time for Teeny Tiny Tuesday but I didn't want to miss out on photographing my Re-Ment this week as I enjoy it so much so here you go. The back of my Hello Kitty frying pan. Too cute, right? Re-Ment wins again!

I do have a lot of Hello Kitty  Re-Ment in my small collection. Part of me wants to collect the more realistic items over what I would consider the 'novelty' character sets but obviously that part of me is losing. If these items were made in human size and at an affordable prize my kitchen would be a lot more fun than it currently is!

From the Hello Kitty I Love Cooking Series. I feel confident about the title this time!

Teeny Tiny Tuesday

So, here it is - Teeny Tiny Thursday is now Teeny Tiny Tuesday! I chose a piece from my small Hello Kitty collection. I have three sets from this series which I think is called 'I Love Cooking'.


This is one of my fave pieces partly, if not wholly, down to the super-kawaii ice cube tray. The ice cubes can all be removed from the tray individually and are shaped like Hello Kitty's face. It's the little details like this which makes me really love Re-ment. Look at the little decals on the glasses. I do wish they were watertight though. I may have had a (very tiny) accident trying that out! Another cool thing about the set is that the 'juice' can be removed from the blender, so if you had some tiny fruits or similar you could whizz up a smoothie. Obviously not literally but we're all imaginative here, right?


Here is the rest of this lovely set. I'm sure you'll agree it has some great pieces for your cute miniature kitchens.
